Atleast once in a week try to go for outdoor games,trust me it works so well that you can feel the real enjoyment which you can remember in your whole life.

Workout!as it  also called as exercise, is as important as breathing. And now a days it become must as of on-going issues in whole world. There are many ways to workout like going to gym or cycling or skipping or running or even just a half n hour walk. Knowledge is like a tree!

Knowledge is something which has no ending,  universe itself has much more to let us know about it. Knowledge is like a tree, when you share it to others it spreads like the branches of a tree and one day it becomes so big that others get shadow where they can light their candles to shine in their life in your shadow.
Knowledge itself is not enough to get succeed in your life, knowledge is something which make you understand what to do but wisdom make us aware when to do!  
Knowledge without wisdom  is like you know writing but doesn't know what to write. Knowledge and wisdom is like two wheels of success which we have to balance equally on same time to get succeed. 
Getting degrees not make you higher, it won't make you think you have known everything, because there is always something to be learn from every single circumstances in our life.When you focus to learn something, you never accept there is an end to knowledge, as universe has much more things to make you wise and success and to know many more things and it helps you when you step ahead to know. 
When we start learning from our day to day life there will be nothing like we lost or we loose something. Because everything we go through and everyone we meet has something to teach us.
A true knowledge is knowing that you know nothing. Knowledge is bunch of many things, and the first thing is learning.
Learning and analyzing each thing you do gives you knowledge.When you start learning your mistakes becomes your best teacher.

Stop focusing on your limitations and start looking for possibilities!

So we have been looking mostly on our limitations ,Where we couldn't think after it.Most of time people around us even stop us to think beyond our  limitations ,  it's just because they couldn't do, they think we too can't go ahead.  But remember one think, when you talk of problems and stay in your comfort zone without thinking more then you limits, you could never  come out of it  and goes deep in to the darkness of your emotions where things  never allow you to look for the possibilities. 
It all depends on one's thinking, what you think more the universe make it happen. So when you think of your problem you could never think of it's solutions and in the same way when you think of possibilities and solutions the universe help you to get one. Your reaction to your situations  is what gives you happiness or anxiety .Its only you who has blessed with  the power to live your life as you wish and no matter who support you or not but remember universe will help you if you believe in your abilities and focus only on possibilities. 
The way you live your life , one day it could be someone's guidance . Someone is going to step on the way you have gone through and your experience your success and the way you have over come gives them the courage to start their journey. Let you be the one who gives courage, who inspires to look for the possibilities, who supports,  let someone move forward without looking on the limitations. 
Let you be someone's who feel there is someone.

Break is needed!

Hope you all are doing well and ofcourse taking care of yourself and your loved one. 
As of these days we are just one click far from our friends and family with the upcoming and updated innovations of social media and different apps which we all using in our day to day life. 
In our practical life we need to be updated with our routine life ,professionally and personally but do we have time for self? 
Which is needed for every single human! 
We all know It's necessary to complete all tasks day by day because , ofcourse if we don't , it gets increasing and at last it becomes huge .But we need to stop for some time or take some step back not that we are tired but to bounce high.
Taking a break helps you in almost all ways to you, physically mentally spiritually and emotionally. It gives you peace, it give you time to know what exactly you want or you are in need of, take a break, and let your mind relax from all the routine stress . This work as a charging power for you as we do it for our mobile daily, then why not for self! 
Getting disconnected doesn't mean you have left everything , it's just that you are preparing yourself for further more. Let you first love yourself because at the end of the day you be left with yourself and your thoughts. When you respect yourself it gives you confidence and happiness to stay focused on your dreams.
Worrying not only takes your peace but also make you unhappy and make you believe that there is no excitement to live our life. Everyone has the same time 24x7 but some stay happy and some worried! why?  It all depends on one's priority, some people live their life to stay happy and they make things happen in that way and some just focus only on the problems which make them to forget that every problem has a solution and everything happens for a while nothing is permanent not even your problems. 
So let me ask you few questions! Which may force you to know and understand what exactly you are forgetting and being stressed all the time.  
When is the last time you cooked a meal for yourself? Are you getting as much exercise as you'd like to? How many book have you read in the last 3 months? 
Have you traveled somewhere new and exciting lately? 
Make a list 
Go for a ride 
Listen to your favorite music !
Let you first give some time for yourself to live for others.

Learn by everything in every way!

Yes..what I said and what you read is correct. Learn by everything in every way, Learning comes as a skill to those who wants to know about everything. Your skills develop your attitude and your attitude shows what you are! 
It's not necessary that we should learn only till we compete our degrees, if you focus on things , there is so much to learn from every single circumstances of your life. 
Educating yourself doesn't mean that you are stupid in the first place, it means that you are intelligent enough to know that there is plenty left to learn. If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you and if you are determined to learn, then no one can stop you. Learning has no age limit and life has many thing to teach ,to make us know about many mysteries Which could revealed to the one who come forward and  try to know about it. 
People says it's good to talk positively till you go through a failure but I feel when you start learning from every thing which you encounter in your life, there will be nothing like failures . Once you start being optimistic nothing could stops you to see the positive side of any situation and that's become a habit which leads you towards the stairs of success. 
So let's start learning and  add a hobby or make it a habit !
Because everything gives you 2 choice, let you learn from it and move ahead or let you allow it to stop you and make you think there is nothing more. Choice is yours!
