As we all know life has no "U" turn ,it's one way route, what  goes once will never comes again specially your time. Rather than regretting,  why can't we live each moment to its fullest that there should be nothing left to regret at your last stage. 
 
1.LAUGHTER
Yes! As we all know laughing is the best medicine to over come from your health issues, your worries, your sorrows and hurt. Laughter strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects you from the damaging effects of stress. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. 
It even glow your skin, removes your blemishes, brightens your black spots  by boosting  blood circulation in your body.
So let's have some laugh together! 
Always remember laughter is the best medicine but if you laugh without any reason then you may need medicine!
 
2.OUTDOOR GAMES 
Atleast once in a week try to go for outdoor games,trust me it works so well that you can feel the real enjoyment which you can remember in your whole life. 
Outdoor games gives us much enjoyment as well as it also gives complete  body workout. It energized your muscles and burn fats faster then ever. The much sweat  you loose the much water you drink and your body stay hydrated which helps good blood flow in your body and that's what our body needs to stay fit and healthy. 
No matter how hectic our life can be, it all takes few steps and wise decisions to make it happening. We all have the same 24x7 hours but some live their life without regrets and some with sorrows. Remember who gave us life will lead us where we need to be at  the perfect time, till then enjoy your life the way you can! And I believe there are many ways.Right?

3.CHOCOLATES
Oh! Chocolates.! The name itself gives us a  beautiful smile on our face.As it's so good in taste it even has some magical effects on you. Many studies has shown chocolate have good effects on your health issues such as cholesterol, brain disease, memory issues and many more. Chocolate boost your mood and activates your happy hormones.
The way everything has side effects even chocolate contains some side effects, chocolate is made up with cocoa and  cocoa contains caffeine and related chemicals. Eating large amounts might cause caffeine-related side effects such as nervousness, increased urination,sleeplessness, and a fast heartbeat. Cocoa can cause allergic skin reactions, constipation, and might trigger migraine headaches.
So remember the lessen the amount of chocolate  ,the more is the enjoyment.

I believe it has the power to take you where you want to go for obviously not  with your physical body but your soul can feel it. Music can clam your mind, divert your concentration from worries and gives you the wings to fly, it awakes  your inner soul and gives you peace.
Music makes us think about how it relates to life and I love the beats.” “Music is a way to express yourself, keep you company while you're alone, and always give you something to do.” Music can also stimulate the mind. There are many things in music, to which one can listen and bring attention. ... Music can raise someone's mood, get them excited, or make them calm and relaxed. Music also allows us to feel nearly or possibly all emotions that we experience in our lives.
Make some time to get out of all your worries with the beautiful effects of music.  

5.GROUP WORKOUT 
Workout!as it  also called as exercise, is as important as breathing. And now a days it become must as of on-going issues in whole world. There are many ways to workout like going to gym or cycling or skipping or running or even just a half n hour walk. Working out with a group gives you a package of laughter +exercise which is so effective on your body.
